1.we do not agree to cancel the order，our General product processing time 10-15 working days,but due to other reasons, the delivery can not be made on time. We will contact you in time.

2. If buyer has signed the parcel as normal but found out there is damage, buyer are welcome to return that back to us and we will offer FREE repair, but return and Deliver shipping will be paid by buyer.
